On the occasion of the 𝐕𝐈𝐈𝐈 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 (13 to 19 November 2023) focused on the quality and benefits of the Italian products, we, in collaboration with 𝑇𝑜𝑤𝑛𝑔𝑎𝑠 𝐶𝑜𝑜𝑘𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝐶𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑟 and 𝐷𝑎𝑛𝑡𝑒 𝐴𝑙𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑖 𝑆𝑜𝑐𝑖𝑒𝑡𝑦 𝐻𝑜𝑛𝑔 𝐾𝑜𝑛𝑔, is thrilled to announce the “𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧 𝐎𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐢𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬: 𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲, 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐝 𝐠𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐲”.
This year’s edition will celebrate the theme “𝐀𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞: 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞”, and we could not but choose the ingredient that makes every Italian dish healthy and delicious at the same time: Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Known as the “liquid gold” by Homer and “the great healer” by Hippocrates, Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) has been always praised for its positive effects on health for centuries, and Italy is indeed one of the leaders and major producers of olive oil in the world.
The event will be held in two days. The first event is a Seminar presented by the wine and oil specialist, 𝑃𝑎𝑜𝑙𝑜 𝑃𝑜𝑛𝑔ℎ𝑒𝑙𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑖, including an Olive Oil tasting provided by 𝑇𝑒𝑛𝑢𝑡𝑒 𝑆𝑎𝑛 𝐹𝑎𝑏𝑖𝑎𝑛𝑜. The second appointment will be a demonstration with a professional chef preparing three dishes where olive oil is the main protagonist.
