FRIFF, Fri- Film Festival Independent films from Friuli-Venezia-Giulia, Italy
To reciprocate the love of Asian cinema from Far East Film Festival
(FEFF), Udine, we bring to Hong Kong independent films directed by the
most renowned emergent artists from Italy’s North-Eastern region of
Friuli-Venezia-Giulia. The selected titles gained international
acclaims and were awarded at film festivals in Italy and Europe.
Presenting the Cinematheque of Friuli is a restored Italian post-war
neorealist classic, ‘The Last’, oriented entirely in this region
featuring its agricultural landscape and peasant life. Friulan
delicacies will be showcased alongside at July 11 Opening Night Cocktail
to resonate the magnificent essence of this particular territory so as
to enrich your overall experience of Italian excellence.

為回饋意大利烏甸尼遠東電影節（FEFF）一直以來對推動亞洲電影的熱情和支持，我們特意為香港帶來意大利東北部弗留利 – 威尼斯 –
朱利亞（Friuli-Venezia-Giulia）省出品製作的獨立電影。這次選出的影片包括近年在意大利本土和歐洲各地影展大放異彩的新銳導演作
品，以及由弗留利電影資料館借出，首次於香港作公開放映的《最後的童年》（’The
Last’）。這部1963年出品經全新高清數碼收復的意大利新寫實主義經典，充分展現弗留利區當時的農村風貌。當地的美味名產將呈現於7月11日的開幕
夜酒會，務求讓大家能夠全方位體驗到該區獨特優異的文化。
