Francesca Capetta is an Italian actress and singer now based in NYC. She started performing at the age of 6 and studied acting and voice technique in Milan, Turin and Rome. After winning a scholarship at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, Francesca moved to NYC where she graduated in Performing Arts. Right after graduation Francesca was chosen as one of the best Musical Theatre graduates in the State, which allowed her to perform on the historical stage of the Broadway Theatre “Town Hall” in the show “Broadway Rising Stars”.

Since then Francesca has been singing, acting and dancing in Musicals and Cabarets all over the world. In 2016 Francesca performed her cabaret solo show “An Italian In New York” at 54 Below along with Broadway actors-singers Gay Marshall and Brian Charles Rooney. The show was sold out and received rave reviews across the board. Francesca is also the recipient of the “Italian-American Award in the Performing Arts” from Mario Fratti, a Tony Award Winner play-writer. Her recent credits include “Evergreen”, a bi-lingual musical performed in Canada and her recent Asian debut with a solo concert in Hong Kong.

She recently performed in Italy in a concert produced by the Humanitarian Organization Amitié Sans Frontières with the patronage of Monaco. In the summer of 2017 Francesca will be performing her new solo show at the Carnegie Hall alongside Tony Award Winner Liliane Montevecchi.
