Francesco Taskayali is a young Italian composer and pianist who started composing his own music at the age of thirteen.

His talent derives from being able to blend his study of classical authors with modern and contemporary styles ranging from Keith Jarrett’s jazz to Ludovico Einaudi’s minimalism. Taskayali’s eclectic music and taste even surprised the Orquesta Sinfónica Simón Bolívar de Venezuela on May 9th at the 2012 European Piano Festival, organized by the Representation of the European Union in Caracas to commemorate Europe Day.

In 2011 and 2012, Francesco received awards at numerous festivals and signed a contract with the British company London Sales Ltd. He also sold his piano tracks to short film producers and various clients. During his international tour, Francesco performed in London, Paris, Cologne, Rome, Istanbul, Thessaloniki, Athens, Marseilles, Addis Ababa, Nairobi, Bucharest, Jakarta and Berlin.

On December 12th 2012, he completed his world tour and held a concert in Italy at the Auditorium of the prestigious University LUISS Guido Carli, leaving the audience bewitched. Taskayali became the official testimonial of the university that acquired his music and image rights for the “Together We Become” advertisement.

In 2014, following his two successful albums, Emre (2010) and LeVent (2011), he released his third, Flying. On 2 April some of Taskayali’s songs became part of the soundtrack of the documentary “Ocho Pasos Adelante” displayed in the ECOSOC Chamber of the United Nations Headquarters in New York, on the occasion of the 2014 World Autism Awareness Day.

In 2015 and 2016, Taskayali went on playing his own pieces in the most popular and important musical events in Los Angeles, Kiev, Lviv, Milan, Maratea, Turin, Tbilisi, but the most important goal he achieved in 2016 was the signing of the contract with the Italian label INRI Classic.

Inspired, sensitive and enormously talented in experimenting different techniques and styles of musical compositions, Francesco Taskayali’s constantly growing artistic personality is now unmistakable to his increasingly large public.
