From the sumptuous luggages commissioned by Asian royal families to the creative travel trunks of the great explores (i.e.: Brazza’s bed and Prince of Polignac aperitif set) all the way to the legendary journeys aboard the Orient Express train. A journey narrated by Italian expert Massimiliano Monti through hat boxes and travel trunks innovation designs that have create a large number of successful brands such as Louis Vuitton, Moynat, Goyard and Franzi – a peculiar italian story of a craftsman who has worked for most notable royal families in Europe.

Massimiliano Monti has been dealing with the vintage world for more than 15 years. He is specialized in vintage watches and travel items. He is a consultant for the most important collectors in the sector and collaborates with several international houses and museums dedicated to luggage.
