has composed numerous compositions ranging from chamber music to
symphonic music, from sacred music to opera. His music is performed all
over the world and has received numerous awards, among them the UNESCO
award assigned with the following motivation: “Fortunato has dedicated
his life to music and expresses in his compositions the suggestions of
his inner world arousing emotions and feelings of enthralling harmony.
Through challenging experiments he has reached a high personal style,
which led his most notable works to receive wide success, so honoring
his land”.Roberto Di Marino Marino received
his musical training at the Conservatory of Trento where he graduated in
composition, choral music and choral conducting, jazz and arrangement
for windband. As a composer he has won several competitions, including
first prize at the “Diapason d’Argento” Competition for wind band
composition held in Gonzaga (Italy). He teaches arrangement for windband
at the Conservatory of Verona and lives in Mezzolombardo (near Trento),
where he spends most of his time composing and arranging music.Stefano Martinotti  Martinotti’s
compositions, transcriptions and orchestrations have been performed at
the Teatro La Fenice and at the Teatro Malibran in Venice, by I Solisti
della Scala, I Pomeriggi Musicali, the Orchestra “Guido Cantelli , the
Ensemble Epistrophé, Fiati Ensemble and other groups specialized in the
performance of contemporary music and in countries such as Austria,
Denmark, Germany, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland and
Ukraine. Stefano Martinotti was professor of courses in Film music
soundtrack at the film school “Cinelife” in Milan.Nunzio Ortolano Ortolano
has enjoyed a very close working relationship with Edizioni Musicali
Wicky EMW since 2001. 10 CDs have been recorded, featuring artists such
as Calogero Palermo (first clarinet of Opera di Roma), Alberto Maniaci,
Nebrody Symphonic Band, Panormus Brass of Teatro Massimo di Palermo,
Laszlo Marosi. His compositions of Music & Theatre have been
translated in six languages and have been performed all over the world.
In particular, in Milan, his works have been performed in cycles of
concerts by Pomeriggi Musicali, Civica Orchestra di Fiati and Milano
Classica. He’s director of the Nebrody Symphonic Band and Codice
Mediterraneo (Codice Mediterraneo trio, Codice Mediterraneo for ten
instruments and Codice Mediterraneo Quartett).———
