Alberto Nosè gained his first recognition by the world at the age of eleven, winning First Prize in the Jugend für Mozart International Competition in Salzburg. He went on to win prizes at prestigious international piano competitions: Paloma O’Shea in Santander (1st Prize, Gold Medal and Audience Prize), F. Chopin in Warsaw (5th Prize), F. Busoni in Bolzano (2ndPrize with particular distinction), Maj Lind in Helsinki (1st Prize), Maj Lind in Paris (2nd Prize), Vendôme Prize in Parigi (1stPrize), World Piano Competition in London (2nd Prize), L. Gante in Pordenone (1st Prize), Premio Venezia (1st Prize) and the Top of the World International Piano Competition in Tromsø, Norway (1st Prize).From such affirmations, an acclaimed career came out and took him to perform throughout Europe and all over the world for important festivals and in prestigious concert halls as Carnegie Hall in New York, Royal Festival Hall, Queen Elisabeth Hall and Wigmore Hall in London, Konzerthaus in Berlin, Théâtre du Châtelet and Salle Pleyel in Paris, Mozarteum in Salzburg, Beethoven Fest in Bonn, Liederhalle in Stuttgart, Chopin Festival in Geneva, Summer Festival in Luzern, also in Madrid, Athens, Helsinki, Warsaw, USA, Tokyo, Sao Paulo, Sala Meireles in Rio de Janeiro, Mexico City, Venice, Turin, Verona, Trieste, Sala Verdi, Milan, Pesaro, Vicenza, and in Rome. He is regularly invited as jury member in important international piano competitions, like the F. Chopin in Warsaw in 2010.Alberto Nose’s ten recordings have been sold and broadcasted in different radios around the world. Alberto Nose’s Premiere in Hong Kong brings an unforgettable moment for full house audience. Alberto is going to perform another all Chopin Programme, including all etudes from Op.12, Sonata No.3 , Polonaise-Fantaisie and Barcarolle.
