regarded as one of the leading classical guitar players of his
generation.Born in Rome in 1982, he received his musical
training in the class of Carlo Carfagna at the  “Santa Cecilia”
Conservatory in Rome, where he graduated with “menzione d’onore” .He
has subsequently post-graduated with a Master’s Degree (Konzertdiplom)
in Concert Performance with highest honours at the prestigious
Musik-Akademie der Stadt – Hochschule für Musik in Basel, Switzerland,
under the lead of Stephan Schmidt.He won numerous first prizes
in international guitar competitions: at the 53rd Tokyo International
Guitar Competition, “Alirio Diaz”, “Nicola Fago”, a second prize at
“Mauro Giuliani”, a third prize at the Miami International Guitar
Competition and many others.He performed in concert halls all
around the world, including: Auditorio Nacional de Mùsica in Madrid,
Bunka-kaikan, Nikkei Hall and Yamaha Hall Ginza in Tokyo, National
Center for Performing Arts in Beijing, Grosser Saal Basel, Auditorium
Conciliazione in Rome, Drama Theater of Kaliningrad.In 2014 he
recorded for the German label NEOS the works for solo guitar by the
Japanese composers Toru Takemitsu and Toshio Hosokawa, CD acclaimed by
the critics, radios and magazines all over the world: Rai Radio3, NDR
Kultur, KulturRadio, ORF OE1, Bravo Radio, Il Fronimo, Seicorde, Gendai
Guitar, Fono Forum, Classic Voice.He is currently guitar
professor at the Conservatories “Nino Rota” in Monopoli and “Ottorino
Respighi” in Latina (Italy) and he’s artistic director of the Roma
