Are you interested in learning Italian and getting to know the life of Dante Alighieri, the “father” of the Italian language while enjoying some good Italian delicacies?
Join us for The National Dante Day (DANTEDI’) – OPEN DAY 2024 at Dante Alighieri Society Hong Kong to celebrate the life and works of the incredible Italian poet Dante Alighieri, most famous for his masterpiece “The Divine Comedy”, who is embraced as a symbol of Italian culture and language.
The Dantedì, celebrated every year on the 25th of March, it’s the date recognized by scholars and researchers as the beginning of the initiation journey into the afterlife of the Divine Comedy.
This year, on Saturday 23rd of March, Dante Alighieri Society Hong Kong, with the support of the Italian Cultural Institute and of the Consulate General of Italy in Hong Kong and Macau, will host Italian language trial classes for adults and kids and a tasting of typical Italian products sponsored by Delidori.
