After the great success of the lecture on the Italian poet Antonia Pozzi last February, we are delighted to invite you to a special screening, organized by Dante Alighieri Society Hong Kong with the support of Italian Cultural Institute Hong Kong, of “Il Cielo in Me. Vita Irrimediabile di una Poetessa. Antonia Pozzi (1912-1938)” – The Sky Within Me: The Irremediable Life of Poetess Antonia Pozzi, a documentary film produced in collaboration with the Lecco Film Commission and directed by Sabrina Bonaiti and Marco Ongania.
The film is dedicated to the short and emotionally turbulent life of the Italian poet Antonia Pozzi (Milan, 1912–1938) and her passion for the mountains surrounding Lecco and its lake. It will take the audience on a journey through nature, poetry and love. An opening video of the young Italian filmmaker Marco Ongania will be played to present the documentary.
