Vincenzo Cipriani – Piano Concert – FREE EVENT

FREE REGISTRATION: http://bit.ly/1CWHiMhVincenzo Cipriani was born in Bad-Cannstatt (Stuttgart-Germany) on 12 October 1969. He
graduated with honors in organ, organ composition and piano at the
Conservatory “N. Piccinni” in Bari and in jazz music at the Conservatory
in Monopoli. He is a teacher at the “ER Duni” Conservatory of Matera of
the first and second level academic courses in the following
disciplines: jazz harmony, jazz piano, ear training, rhythmic
contemporary music, sung reading.In May 2010 Vincenzo Cipriani
presented to the public his CD “Weke – music for piano & strings”,
published by the label Velut Moon of Padua. The recording work collects
his compositions for piano and string orchestra using a style of
composition that aims to create a descriptive language based on the
contamination between different musical genres and forms such as jazz,
classical music, the modal genre, the minimal and pop. The result is a
language that can involve a wide and diverse audience. His unusual and
original compositional style has been greatly valued by the music
company Robert Speed Productions (www.robertspeedprocuctions.com).Some of the most important concerts in which he played and will play soon:In
December 2014 he will play in Brindisi (Italy) at the theatre “G.
Verdi”; in November 2014 he will hold a concert tour in Asia, more in
particular in Bangkok (Thailand) for the Bangkok International Piano
Festival 2014, in Beijin, Tinjin and in Hong Kong for the Italian
Cultural Institute; in August 2014 he was on tour in Lithuania with the
string orchestra of the Klaipèda’s Theatre for the XVII International
Festival “Musical August at the Seaside” at Klaipèda, Palanga and Nida; 
also in August 2014 he performed at the Festival Euromediterraneo of
Altomonte (Calabria-Italy) with the string orchestra “O. Stillo”; in
June 2014 the tour with the Symphony Orchestra of Bari (Italy) for the
concert season 2014 at Bari Cathedral, Monopoli Cathedral and Terlizzi
Cathedral (Puglia-Italy); in January 2014 the Concert in Crotone
Cathedral (Calabria-Italy)  with the “O. Stillo” String Orchestra;  in
November 2013 he made two concerts in Egypt at El-Sawy Culturewheel in
Cairo with the El-Sakia String Orchestra and at the Great Hall of the 
Biblioteca Alexandria of Alexandria of Egypt with the  BA Chamber
Orchestra; in August 2013 he performed his compositions and arrangements
for the show “Notes of Love” (created by Vincenzo Cipriani) for the
“Festival dei Monti Dauni.”He has also played his compositions
for festivals and concerts at the national and international level such
as: Kristupo vasaros festivalis  (19th edition) Vilnius (Lithuania –
13/07/2013) where he was accompanied by the Mettis String Quintet; 10
concerts with the Symphonic Orchestra of the Province of Bari from the
6th to the 15th of June 2013; a concert in Adiyaman (Turkey) accompanied
by the Philharmonic Orchestra of Adiyaman (31/05/2013); a performance
on the 11th of May 2013 at Coitè-Salvador de Bahia (Brazil) accompanied
by the “Santo Antonio String Orchestra”; two concerts in November 2012
in Lithuania at the State Theatre of Klaipèda and at the Chaterine’s
Church in Vilnius accompanied by the State Orchestra of the Klaipèda
Theatre; a performance in June 2012 during the Duni Festival  – Matera –
accompanied by the Magna Grecia Orchestra of Taranto. In 2011 he played
his compositions for the Mascagnano Festival of Cerignola (Bari-Italy),
for the Symphonic Orchestra of the Province of Bari (Italy) and for the
Apuliae Consort of Brindisi (Italy).In addition, he is the
founder and director of the Ensemble Duni (string quintet, piano,
vocalist and sax) since 2010, which performs all the Weke compositions
and some musical arrangements of Tosti, Neapolitan sounds, Piazzolla,
the Beatles and J. Taylor.Amongst the several concerts there are
also: live concert on Radio Rai 3 for the “Radio Zazà” programme, live
for Radio Ciccio-Riccio, live for the radio programme Rai Radio 1
“Citofonare Cuccarini”, concert for the “Compagnia della Musica” in
Rome, concert at the Garau Theatre in Orisatno (Sardegna- Italy),
concert in honour of Frederick II of Swabia at the Lagopesole Castle
(Basilicata- Italy), tour in Valle d’Itria (Italy), concert for the
Circolo Unione of the Petruzzelli Theatre in Bari, as well as many
