PLACE TO BE is an exclusive format, where narrative of landscape, creativity, territorial enhancement and performing arts come together. It is a series of original productions that will showcase exceptional locations and host some of the best Italian artists from the contemporary and cutting-edge music scene.
Three extraordinary locations have been chosen to make a geographical synthesis of our country, giving artistic directors within the festival network the opportunity to enhance them thanks to an original music curatorship, as part of a shared project under the supervision of Raffaele Costantino.
During the month of September it will be possible to stream the amazing performances of Nu Guinea (Djset + Keys) surrounded by vineyards in Monferrato, Clap! Clap! and Kety Fusco from the medieval village of Civita di Bagnoregio, and Calibro 35 set in the mystical atmosphere of the archeological site of Egnazia within the Fasano (BR) area.
This unmissable project will lead a journey through Italy, joining the North, Centre and South thanks to the language of music and creativity. It is brought to life by the protagonists of the bubbling local scene that, thanks to a system of networks and associations, found in IMF a platform to develop and exchange views, something more essential now than ever given the historical time we live in.
The events will be live streamed exclusively via the DICE TV platform, in collaboration with Butik (an agency specialised in promoting musical tourism in Italy) and promoted throughout the world thanks to Embassies, Consulates, Representations and Italian Cultural Institutes.
