Italia Mia’s Opening Concert
The third edition of Italia Mia, the festival of Italian culture and lifestyle in Hong Kong, will kick off on 4th October with an Opening Concert, “Italia all’Opera”.
“Italia all’Opera”, a grand gala celebrating the most famous and loved Italian classical music.
This concert will be a delightful evening of Italian musical jewels, showcasing operatic works by Puccini, Donizetti, Catalani as well as symphonic music such as Respighi and Martucci with his Notturno (first time played in Hong Kong).
Feature artists of the night included Louise Kwong (soprano), Chen Chen (tenor), Gian Paolo Peloso (violin), accompanied by musicians from the award winning Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra.
